Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the operations and continuous improvement of the PATH contingent-workforce program and Beeline VMS. This hands-on, high-ownership role sits at the intersection of workforce operations, finance, user experience, and program/platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large contingent-workforce programs.
• Strong knowledge of Beeline or similar VMS platforms.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Own Beeline / VMS platform configuration, stability and recovery.
• Scope and land cross-country workflow and configuration changes.
• Translate program needs into platform requirements.
• Drive invoicing accuracy and collaborate with Finance on spend reporting.
