Jobgether is seeking a senior workforce planning leader to shape and operationalize global strategies for product and enterprise technology teams. You will translate objectives into multi-year roadmaps, using AI tools to accelerate modeling and forecasting.

You will partner with executives, manage cross-functional programs, and ensure alignment across planning cycles while maintaining confidentiality and governance across the organization. Remote-friendly environment with US-wide scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workforce planning, transformation or complex programs.
• Experience leading multi-year, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct reporting lines.
• Partner with executives as a strategic advisor using data-driven insights.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, operating models, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to shape global workforce strategies.
• Develop multi-year transition roadmaps aligned to planning cycles.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate modeling, forecasting and analysis.
• Monitor planning performance with KPIs and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with Talent, HR, Finance and tech to align hiring pipelines.
