Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-bid through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction, guiding teams and coordinating with estimators, operations, and regional leadership.

You will travel regionally to active sites and manage complex, multi-site programs. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in construction, proven leadership of Project Managers and Superintendents, and strong

Qualifications

• 5-8 years construction-related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles.
• Proven experience leading Project Managers and/or Superintendents.
• Experience supporting preconstruction activities including estimating or pre-bid planning.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project P&L performance including forecasting, cost-to-complete, and margin protection.
• Provide direct people leadership and performance management for Project Managers and Site Superintendents.
• Oversee multiple projects and project teams to ensure alignment with regional goals and standards.
• Act as senior escalation point for scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Lead pre-bid activities including review of plans and constructability input.
• Support pricing and bid strategy with estimating and operations leadership.
• Review budgets, schedules, and scopes prior to contract execution.
