Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in Redmond, OR is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead production teams, oversee modular construction projects, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will read blueprints, coordinate materials and crews, manage vendors, and drive Lean/6S improvements while coaching employees and maintaining compliance with building codes and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on construction experience.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction documents.
• LEAN/process-improvement experience.
• Strong focus on workplace safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modular construction projects safely, on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead production teams by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring progress, and removing obstacles.
• Oversee repair, refurbishment, modification, maintenance, and other modular construction projects.
• Review blueprints, plans, schedules, estimates, and technical documents.
• Coordinate inventory, materials, purchase orders, and logistics.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation, and other teams to support project execution and customer service.
• Develop employees through coaching, feedback, and cross-training.
