Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-bid through completion with full ownership of scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety. You will mentor teams, manage risk, and ensure customer satisfaction across regional projects.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, leading PMs and superintendents, and coordinating with estimating and operations to optimize pricing and delivery. Travel to active sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years construction related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, including direct management of Project Managers and/or Superintendents.
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience supporting preconstruction activities, including estimating, bidding, or pre-bid planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project P&L performance including forecasting, cost-to-complete, contingency usage, and margin protection.
• Provide direct people leadership and performance management for Project Managers and Site Superintendents, including hiring, coaching, development, and accountability.
• Oversee multiple projects and project teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with regional goals, standards, and best practices.
• Serve as a senior escalation point and decision authority for complex project issues regarding scope, schedule impacts, permitting, inspections, budget, staffing, and client expectations.
• Be directly involved in the pre-bid phase of projects, including review of plans and specifications, constructability input, scheduling strategies, and risk identification.
