Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-bid through completion, owning scope, schedule, cost, and safety. The role serves as a senior escalation point and mentors project teams to meet quality and contractual obligations.

The position involves managing multiple complex projects, coordinating with estimating and operations, and traveling regionally up to 50% to active job sites.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years construction related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, including managing Project Managers/ Superintendents.
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.
• Proven experience leading preconstruction activities, including estimating and bidding.
• Proven ability to lead projects through inspections, closeout and turnover.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects across jurisdictions and with complex ADJs.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project P&L, forecasting, cost-to-complete and margin protection.
• Provide direct people leadership and performance management for PMs and Superintendents.
• Oversee multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment with goals and standards.
• Serve as senior escalation point for scope, schedule, permits, budget and client expectations.
• Lead pre-bid activities including plan reviews, constructability input and risk identification.
• Support pricing, bid strategy and competitive positioning during estimating.
• Lead go/no-go discussions and bid strategy decisions.
• Oversee site readiness, permitting, AHJ coordination, utilities and inspections.
• Identify scope gaps and clarifications during pre-bid and contract review.
• Review budgets, schedules, and scopes prior to contract execution.
