Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Project Manager in Livermore, CA to support projects from contract to completion. You will oversee resources, schedules, financials and safety across the project life cycle, using BuilderTrend to track progress and facilitate cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years construction related experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Technically competent with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management Software.
• Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety concepts, practices and procedures.
• Well organized with excellent customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation with customers and vendors/subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Experience at directing the work of others to ensure project completion and success.
• Read and interpret construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce safety requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Managing and supervising a team of direct reports.
• Lead/Assist with the development of Scopes of Work and Proposals for larger projects.
• Lead the project in scheduling, budget and document management from Contract to Completion.
• Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
• Track and report on project results and metrics.
• Utilize Builder Trend to provide status reporting to regional leadership regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage changes as required.
• Manage project issues and risks to mitigate impact to budgets.
• Lead safety tailgate meetings and promote a culture of safety.
• Regional travel to job sites will be required (~50%).
