Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee modular construction projects from pre-bid through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and customer satisfaction, with the BuilderTrend platform guiding progress and documentation.

The role requires leadership of Project Managers and Site Superintendents, paired with strategic risk management, bid strategy involvement, and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years construction related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience for Project Managers/Supers.
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project P&L performance including forecasting and margin protection.
• Provide people leadership and performance management for Project Managers and Site Superintendents.
• Oversee multiple projects and teams ensuring alignment with regional goals and standards.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex project issues and risk management.
• Lead pre-bid activities including review of plans, constructability input, and risk identification.
• Support pricing, bid strategy, and competitive positioning during estimating process.
• Oversee site readiness, permitting, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Track project results and progress, reporting to regional leadership.
