Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to direct field operations for commercial modular construction projects across our South and Southeast regions.

This senior leadership role oversees multiple projects and manages a team of Superintendents to ensure safety, schedule, and quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong field teams, and takes ownership from pre-construction through completion, with travel to project sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience in light commercial construction and site development.
• Demonstrated experience managing field operations and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with prevailing wage / Davis-Bacon labor compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Superintendents across multiple projects.
• Coordinate superintendent schedules and project assignments across the region.
• Provide leadership and oversight to ensure consistent project execution and field standards.
• Participate in hiring and development of field personnel.
• Oversee all phases of construction including planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout.
• Monitor project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain project progress.
• Identify and resolve field issues in collaboration with the project team.
