Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-bid to closeout, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will drive decisions on execution strategies, staffing, sequencing, and subcontractor alignment, using BuilderTrend to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years construction related experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong project and program management knowledge.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects across jurisdictions.
• MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project P&L including forecasting, cost-to-complete, margin protection.
• Provide direct people leadership for Project Managers and Site Superintendents.
• Oversee multiple projects and teams across regions.
• Serve as senior escalation point for scope, schedule, permitting, budget, and client expectations.
• Pre-bid involvement including plans review, risk identification, and scheduling strategies.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations on pricing and bid strategy.
• Manage site readiness, safety, and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Track budgets, schedules, and scopes prior to contract execution.
• Lead customer discussions on scope changes and risk mitigation.
