The role emphasizes CM and release engineering across multiple environments, with hands-on scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash), CI/CD tooling, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliant, repeatable build and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated CM and release engineering expertise in regulated environments (federal preferred).
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Support VA applications and spearhead the migration to the cloud.
• Develop and maintain CM tools for identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software products.
• Perform CM and release tasks to ensure documented, compliant build parameters and logistically sustainable deployments.
• Design and automate productivity tools to improve software modeling and development.
• Lead and train junior analysts/engineers in CM best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure repeatable deployment processes.
