Qualifications

• 5–7 years in corporate ethics and compliance or related function; global public company preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, criminal justice, accounting, HR, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with EthicsPoint/NAVEX hotline and case management.
• Experience supporting investigations, compliance operations, and program reporting.
• Familiarity with PolicyTech/Navex policy management and MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Integrity Line intake, triage, case review, and assignment.
• Support investigations, evidence collection, interviews, remediation tracking.
• Maintain compliant case records and monitor aging and closure quality.
• Administer compliance systems and maintain governance dashboards.
• Develop communications, summaries, and presentation materials for leaders.
• Maintain the internal Compliance Web page and training resources.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, IT, and business stakeholders on tech initiatives.
