RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision and manage risk across the enterprise.

The role requires strong program and project management, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include risk assessments, audit support, and vendor assessments in a dynamic remote-first environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence management to drive change.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain processes to reduce security risk and mature security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform and controls documentation.
• Produce reports on security risk for executives.
• Assist with audits and audit responses.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive business actions.
• Engage with RxBenefits clients for security questionnaires/audit requests.
• Stay updated on audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with policy/procedure development and standards.
