Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Milwaukee seeks an EHS Specialist to advance safety and environmental programs, maintaining EHS information systems and supporting global compliance tools across manufacturing sites.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement processes, lead audits, develop training, and ensure regulatory reporting aligns with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NIOSH, ANSI, and NFPA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in an EHS corporate or manufacturing site role.
• Must be a persistent self-starter who can lead others with minimum oversight.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work with all levels of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and consensus standards (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and technologies that support the organization's strategy, goals, and targets.
• Administer the EHS information management system and lead improvement initiatives.
• Oversee global site reporting requirements, report metrics and summarize trend analysis.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Train associates on EHS management system elements and reporting applications.
• Create EHS standards, procedures and related documents.
• Conduct periodic systems and regulatory audits at manufacturing locations.
• Respond to customer EHS requests and surveys.
