Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations within a multi-state organization.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Excellent interviewing, analytical, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage investigations into workplace complaints, interviewing involved parties, gathering evidence, and documenting findings.
• Ensure investigations comply with legal standards and organizational policies; assess liability and escalate high-risk cases.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommended actions for HR leadership and legal counsel.
• Develop and deliver training for managers and employees on investigation processes, workplace conduct, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor investigation trends to identify systemic issues and recommend policy updates and preventive measures.
• Advise HR and management on handling sensitive employee relations matters and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
