Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to support its global ethics and compliance program. You will handle Integrity Line intake, investigations support, and policy governance while partnering with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and IT across functions.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, process Improvements, and technology enablement in a global public company. Excellent discretion and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate ethics and compliance, investigations, or related function.
• Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, criminal justice, accounting, HR, or related discipline; certifications preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering ethics hotlines and case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Integrity Line intake, review, categorization, and case tracking.
• Coordinate investigations and remediation tracking across stakeholders.
• Prepare communications and materials for Compliance leadership.
• Maintain compliance systems and dashboards.
