Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible compensation experience in a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience analyzing compensation data, validating results, and extracting insights.
• Experience building proposals and presenting to senior management.
• Experience leading initiatives or components of large-scale projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic compensation partner to HR and the business, acting as a subject matter expert on compensation practices.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders on global design of career streams and new jobs aligned to job architecture.
• Align site-level salary planning with market positioning and internal equity across sites globally.
• Drive linkages between skill progression, performance, and pay.
• Develop and maintain site-level market analyses to ensure competitiveness and retention.
• Evaluate annual compensation cycles and feasibility of aligning with merit programs.
• Perform complex compensation analyses and share actionable insights.
• Complete job evaluations and market reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Identify process improvements, including automation and AI tools in compensation programs.
