Job summary
Planet Group in Fairhaven, MA is seeking a Lead Compensation Partner to shape our global compensation strategy. You will guide leaders in equitable pay decisions, collaborate with international HRBPs, and oversee programs across benchmarking, market analysis, and incentive design.
This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree, CCP/GRP preferred, 8+ years in global compensation, advanced Excel, and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certifications preferred.
- 8+ years of experience managing global compensation programs.
- Experience with benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design/maintenance, and survey management.
- Knowledge of global pay equity and pay transparency laws.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Workday preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead benchmarking, market analysis, and incentive plan design.
- Provide expert oversight of global compensation programs and guide stakeholders across regions.
- Collaborate with international HRBPs on survey participation and market competitiveness reviews.
- Lead small to medium-scale projects and participate in year-end merit and incentive planning.

$135-165k base salary + bonus
We are seeking a Lead Compensation Partner to play a key role in shaping ourglobal compensation strategy and guiding leaders in making informed, equitable pay decisions. Youwill collaborate with global stakeholders to address compensation challenges, lead small to medium-scale projects, and drive initiatives such as benchmarking, market analysis, and incentive plan design. You Will provide expert oversight of global compensation programs, partner with international HRBP'son survey participation and market competitiveness reviews and serve as a lead contributor to year-end planning for merit and incentive cycles. This role also conducts in-depth analyses on internal equity, salary compression, and external competitiveness while staying current on industry trends and best practices. With opportunities to manage additional projects, this position offers a meaningful platform to influence global reward strategies and support ourcommitment to fair, competitive, and thoughtful compensation.
