Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner for North America to lead compensation strategy and execution across the region. You will partner with executive and People & Culture leaders to align pay with business goals, equity, and regulatory requirements.

You will own regional compensation outcomes, influence senior leadership decisions, and steer complex initiatives end-to-end within a dynamic, global data-center environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation/total rewards experience.
• Experience owning regional compensation programs including market pricing and annual cycles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary compensation partner for North America, advising senior leaders on strategy and decisions.
• Translate workforce strategies into market-aligned compensation solutions for growth, performance and retention.
• Own regional compensation structures, pay ranges, and incentive programs.
