Providence is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead the design, implementation and ongoing administration of compensation programs, including pay-for-performance, salary structures and incentive plans. You will conduct market analyses, costing models and job evaluations to ensure competitive, equitable pay structures.

You will interpret wage and hour laws and collective bargaining agreements, develop internal policies, and partner with HR and finance to support workforce programs

Qualificações

• 5+ years of compensation experience including data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and administers compensation programs, including pay-for-performance and incentive plans.
• Performs market analyses, costing scenarios and job evaluations to ensure competitive, equitable pay structures.
• Interprets regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation-related items.
