Qualifications

• 5+ years compensation experience with data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of compensation systems, wage and hour laws, and exempt classifications.
• Healthcare experience or union environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation programs including pay-for-performance and salary structures.
• Perform market analyses, job evaluations and costing for incentive plans.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation items.
