Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to develop, administer and analyze compensation programs, including pay-for-performance, salary structure design and incentive plans. You will conduct market and job analyses, costing, and ensure equity and cost effectiveness across pay structures.

The role supports internal policies, interprets wage laws and CBAs, and conducts data collection for special compensation projects in a remote setting across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience including data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Union environment experience preferred.
