Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client issues with guidance.
• Research and analyze data to determine compensation levels and job titles.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses and financial modeling.
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies and results.
• Support client delivery teams in developing solutions and evaluating impacts.
• Respond to client requests and participate in client delivery meetings.
