SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct analyses and benchmarking for healthcare and not-for-profit clients. You will design and evaluate total compensation programs with a focus on delivering responsive, high-quality client experiences.

The role emphasizes research, data analysis, market pricing, and collaboration with project teams to address client needs. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (required), with emphasis in finance/economics/statistics.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and data-organization abilities.

Responsabilités

• Research industry and client issues, including financials, compensation and rewards.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles.
• Conduct market pricing, assist in peer group selection, survey analyses and interpretation of data.
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, and results.
• Support development of solutions addressing client issues including program design and financial impact.
• Respond to client-related requests as appropriate.
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to understand team and client initiatives.
