SCH SERVICES INC in Minnesota is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analyses and position benchmarking, designing and evaluating total compensation programs with a laser focus on delivering responsive, high-quality client experiences.

You will research market data, perform pricing and modeling, and prepare succinct reports and proposals for client delivery teams, with remote work options and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to analyze data and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues, including financial information and compensation data.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles/reporting levels.
• Conduct market pricing, assist in peer group selection, survey analyses, and financial modeling with guidance.
• Assist with report and proposal writing related to project objectives, methodologies, analysis and results.
• Support the project team in developing client solutions, including program design and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
