SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking, focusing on high-quality client experiences and data-driven results. You will participate in market pricing, data gathering, and financial modeling to guide client decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required), ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to: identify, compile, analyze and organize data; recognize patterns; communicate clearly to the team; manage tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Exhibit high levels of enthusiasm and passion for serving our clients and supporting mission-based work
• Are a self-starter with ability to assist with deliverables in a fast-changing organization

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards and corporate performance
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles for positions
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpret data, financial modeling and special research
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, analysis and results
• Support the project team in developing solutions addressing client issues including program design and financial impact
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings
