Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst for a 100% remote role. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, perform proactive collections on past-due balances, and resolve deductions and chargebacks.

You will review remittances, invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation to validate claims, reconcile accounts, and drive month-end close and cash flow forecasting. Strong ERP experience and 5+ years in a CPG setting are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience specifically at a CPG company.
• Strong ERP experience with SAP, Oracle or Great Plains.
• Proficient in Excel and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
• Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, and pricing discrepancies.
• Review remittances, invoices, contracts, and supporting docs to validate deduction claims.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to drive resolution.
• Process credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
• Monitor aging, escalate high-risk accounts, and support month-end close and AR reporting.
