Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior pricing and monetization specialist to shape promotional offers for cloud-based and AI-enabled products. You will develop scalable monetization frameworks, test ideas, and guide cross-functional teams to drive long-term value.

You will build and test financial models, measure outcomes with cohort analysis, and present executive-ready business cases tied to customer value and growth. A strong background in pricing strategy and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing pricing or monetization models for cloud platforms, SaaS or digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies with usage metering and unit economics.
• Strong financial analytics and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, marketing coordination, communication and governance.
• Develop scalable and repeatable motions that can be tested and changed over time.
• Align pricing architecture with customer value, usage, outcomes, product strategy, and long-term growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities that maximize network value for customers.
• Build financial models and evaluate unit economics, margins, customer behavior, scalability, and market benchmarks.
• Use analytics and cohort modeling to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and GTM teams to translate capabilities into viable offers.
• Advise stakeholders on cloud and AI monetization tradeoffs, risks, and best practices.
• Present executive-ready business cases linking pricing decisions to value and growth.
