Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of merchant partners, drive renewals, pricing updates, expansions, and a proactive growth strategy. You will orchestrate cross-functional work with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Credit, and Technical teams to optimize merchant performance and increase GMV, while maintaining healthy relationships.

Candidates should have 5+ years of B2B, customer-facing experience, strong communication, and Salesforce/BI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts (e.g., RFPs, renewals).
• Excellent CRM and analytics familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts and foster long-term strategic relationships.
• Lead contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansions.
• Deliver proactive client management to grow GMV and revenue.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Analytics, Credit, Technical, Marketing, and Product teams.
