Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our team in Denver, CO. This role focuses on national accounts management, delivering tailored strategies, and cultivating senior-level relationships across large healthcare organizations.

The person will co-develop long-term account strategy, identify upsell opportunities, and lead projects with cross-functional teams while ensuring client retention and high satisfaction. Travel to HQ and client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience interfacing with large/complex clients.
• Strong strategic thinking to plan and execute account strategies.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize to meet client needs.
• Strong team orientation and commitment to sales and client service.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and HQ as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet.
• Ability to manage coordinator-level resources.

Responsibilities

• Support and back up CSE, Senior CSC and CSC responsibilities.
• Prepare data for Strategic Business Plans and performance reports.
• Investigate and address performance guarantees and issues for clients.
• Conduct Client training on portals and tools (Client Portal Site, Navi-Claim).
• Assist with escalated member/client issues and requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve costs, service, and health.
• Handle contract maintenance and performance.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Provide mentoring to coordinators and CSEs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
