Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Executive to manage strategic client relationships and partner with brokers across the US. This remote role travels as needed to support large, complex benefit programs and integrations.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to optimize their benefits programs while driving growth and retention, with a focus on executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group employee benefits, account management, client relationship management.
• Experience managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strategic business solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consultative relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire.
