Job summary

Sun Life seeks a Senior Client Relationship Executive to serve as a strategic advisor for large group benefits clients across US regions. You will manage relationships with employers, administrators, brokers, and stakeholders to optimize benefits programs and growth.

You will lead proactive reviews, collaborate with sales, underwriting, implementation, and service teams, and drive retention, loyalty, and revenue growth through trusted advisory leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group employee benefits, account management, client relationship management.
• Experience managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strategic business solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consultative relationship-building skills.
