This remote role supports employers with sophisticated benefits programs and integrations, delivering value through consultative guidance and relationship leadership. You will drive retention and growth by expanding products and services, coordinating with sales, underwriting, implementation and service teams, and leading proactive reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in group employee benefits and account management.
• Experience managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strategic business solutions.
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Build Strategic Client Relationships: manage diverse, large client portfolios and partner with brokers and stakeholders.
• Drive Client Retention and Growth: identify opportunities to expand Sun Life products and services; support renewal strategies.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: anticipate needs, coordinate resources, guide through implementation and benefits administration.
• Lead Through Collaboration: liaise between clients, brokers, and Sun Life teams; drive cross-functional alignment.
