Qualifications

• Strong business, financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of large and complex group benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with clients, benefit administrators, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to optimize clients' benefits programs and growth.
• Lead proactive business reviews and strategic discussions on performance, service, and growth.
