Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group employee benefits, account management
• Experience managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strategic business solutions
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire

Responsibilities

• Serve as the relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of large and complex group benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, benefit administrators, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their benefits programs and achieve their business objectives.
• Lead proactive business reviews and strategic discussions focused on performance, service, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with clients and brokers to identify opportunities to expand Sun Life products and services.
• Support retention efforts through thoughtful renewal strategies and ongoing relationship management.
