Located in the US regions with travel as needed, the position emphasizes relationship management, consulting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group employee benefits and client relationship management.
• Experience managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strategic business solutions.
• Strong presentation and consultative relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of large group benefits clients and brokers.
• Develop strong partnerships with clients, benefit administrators, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to optimize benefits programs and growth.
• Lead proactive business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, implementation, and service teams to deliver value.
