This remote role with travel supports employers, brokers, and Sun Life teams across US regions, driving retention and growth while delivering value-driven solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will guide implementations, renewal strategies, and ongoing benefits administration, collaborating with sales, underwriting, and service teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in group employee benefits, account management, client relationship management.
• Experience managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strategic business solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consultative relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic client relationships with a diverse portfolio of large and complex group benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with clients, benefit administrators, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their benefits programs and achieve business objectives.
• Lead proactive business reviews and strategic discussions focused on performance, service, and growth opportunities.
