Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in group employee benefits, account management, and client relationship management.
• Experience managing large, complex client relationships and delivering strategic business solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consultative relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire.
