Luminare Health is seeking a Senior Client Manager to provide high-level consultative and strategic oversight for complex accounts, driving retention, service excellence, and revenue growth for an assigned book of business.

You will cultivate relationships with clients and brokers, identify sales opportunities, and coordinate with client coordinators to support 5–7 complex groups, maintaining senior-level contact with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years’ experience in Tribal/IHS client management or similar TPA/health insurance with client-facing responsibilities.
• Understanding of Tribal/IHS self-funding and employee benefit plans.
• Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with senior level executives and present effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level consultative and strategic oversight for new or existing complex accounts to meet retention, service, and revenue targets.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and brokers, identify sales opportunities, and service accounts to expand the business.
• Support and service between 5–7 complex groups of clients.
• Maintain senior management-level contact with key client stakeholders and brokers.
• Coaches/Mentors designation may reduce client load to allow mentoring responsibilities.
