Qualifications

• 3+ years administrative or client management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with health benefits and self-funded plans is a strong plus.
• Healthcare claims processing or auditing experience is advantageous.
• Ability to review client plan documents, audit findings and responses.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for clients using Lumelight analytics platform.
• Respond to inquiries regarding stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking and projection, and claim reporting.
• Support workflows that require securely delivering Lumelight data.
• Lead software testing during releases and coordinate customer communications for new groups.
• QA new groups by comparing client data against Lumelight data post-setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance knowledge to the team.
