Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years TPA/health insurance client management or a HS diploma with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of self-funded and employee benefit plans (stop loss a plus).
• Familiarity with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA and related federal laws.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and interact with senior executives.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative, strategic partnerships with the assigned book of business across implementation, issue resolution, upsell, and renewal.
• Collaborate with sales during finalist presentations and may present to potential clients.
• Support and service 12–20 clients with senior management contact and broker liaison.
• Participate in internal projects that benefit the client management function.
• Retain and grow the assigned book of business.
