Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or an analytically oriented healthcare field.
• 5 years of experience in data management and analytics with payer/provider/analytics background preferred.
• Experience presenting critical plan performance trend analytics, reports, and insights to clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and ability to learn internal systems.
• Experience with BI tools and healthcare analytics platforms (Cedar Gate, Truven, Cotiviti).
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Excellent written, verbal, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and deliver plan performance analytics, reports and insights for clients.
• Provide consultative analytics to help bend the medical cost trend and support decision making.
• Collaborate with Client Management, Data Analytics, IT, Sales, and Marketing to upgrade analytics capabilities.
• Develop tools and dashboards; present findings to clients and prospects.
