Job summary

Lumelight, LLC is hiring an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. You will ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support for inquiries related to client accounts, while upholding HIPAA compliance and data security.

This remote role requires 3+ years in admin or client management, healthcare knowledge, strong Excel and CRM experience, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years admin or client management experience.
• Healthcare/claims knowledge a strong plus.
• Ability to interpret plan documents and audit responses.
• Proven excellence in supporting complex clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries regarding Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support stop loss tracking and claim reporting inquiries.
• Deliver Lumelight data securely per workflows.
• Lead software testing during releases.
• Coordinate customer groups onboarding and communications.
• QA newly created groups by comparing data post-setup.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance.
