Ensono is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, deepen senior client relationships, and orchestrate delivery across an enterprise portfolio in a remote, United States setting.

In this consultative, solution‑focused role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to align Ensono’s capabilities with client business needs, craft winning proposals, and help shape long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Enterprise client relationships leadership experience.
• Consultative sales experience in technology or managed services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience closing complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, outsourcing.
• Strong relationship development and networking.
• Ability to consult with executives on technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership.
• Develop relationships with decision makers; grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms for assigned deals.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Translate business and tech value clearly to diverse audiences.
• Serve as trusted IT advisor to clients and contribute to planning efforts.
• Challenge assumptions to drive innovative solutions.
• Mentor sales talent through collaboration.
