Sinch seeks a TSD Channel Partner Manager to own and scale relationships with master agents and regional telecom partners, expanding a cloud communications portfolio. You will lead joint planning, enablement, and co-selling to drive revenue across the partner ecosystem.

The role combines partner relations, business development, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate market penetration nationwide, with a largely remote working setup and hub‑location collaboration when needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8 years related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years of direct CPaaS, SaaS, UCaaS, or Telecom channel experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own, manage, and expand key channel partner relationships with direct revenue accountability.
• Drive joint business planning, quarterly reviews, and go-to-market execution with TSDs.
• Lead co-selling with direct sales to create pipeline and hit revenue targets for enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partner Enablement to design scalable channel programs and training.
• Analyze performance metrics and forecast to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide insights to influence sales strategy, product roadmap, and channel design.
• Ensure program compliance with brand standards and sales processes.
• Represent the company at channel partner events and industry forums.
