Job summary

Sinch is seeking a TSD Channel Partner Manager to own and scale relationships with master agents guiding thousands of sub-agents and telecom partners. You will drive joint go-to-market planning, enablement, and co-selling to accelerate revenue for Sinch CPaaS solutions.

This role emphasizes partner relationship management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to expand the partner ecosystem nationwide. Remote work is supported with occasional collaboration at hub locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years direct CPaaS/SaaS/UCaaS/Telecom channel experience.
• Proven track record building and growing TSD partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and expand key TSD channel relationships with direct revenue accountability.
• Drive joint business planning and quarterly reviews with TSDs.
• Lead co-selling initiatives with direct sales to build strong pipeline and revenue for enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design scalable channel programs and training.
• Analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic feedback to influence sales strategy and product roadmap.
