Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to support Adobe's strategic initiatives from a Transformation Management Office perspective. You will partner with program managers, product managers, and stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Location: Remote (national). Salary range listed below reflects US market norms for senior change consultants within a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in organizational change principles and application; 7+ years of relevant experience; certification is a plus.
Strong communication and content development skills across multiple formats: email, PPT, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, video, infographics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management plans for transformation initiatives.
Identify impacted stakeholders and support alignment through the project lifecycle.
Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support readiness efforts by gathering feedback and addressing adoption barriers.
Develop communications across channels: emails, presentations, SharePoint sites, newsletters, videos, and leadership messaging.
Collaborate with training and business teams to plan readiness and reinforcement activities.
Track and report on change activities, risks, and adoption metrics.
