United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Change Management Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. This remote LATAM role involves partnering with clients and technical teams to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

The candidate will define strategies, develop training and communications, track adoption metrics, and facilitate workshops to ensure business value is realized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Change Management within technology-driven transformations.
• Experience supporting enterprise implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, data, or AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to execute across the full change lifecycle from strategy to measurement.
• Strong knowledge of structured Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results independently.
• Experience managing stakeholders in large organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities
• PROSCI ADKAR certification or equivalent Change Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Change Management strategy and execution across technology programs.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and engagement planning at all levels.
• Perform impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems.
• Define adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks to track success.
• Design and execute communication strategies and messaging plans.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for end users.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership, teams, and employees.
• Create and manage change assets including communications, training materials, and plans.
• Drive adoption activities across discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Support UAT, pilot programs, and go‑live readiness activities.
• Partner with technical teams to align change with delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report adoption metrics and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
