Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to advise Corporate Affairs and MGS leadership. You will establish the overall people change strategy, governance model, readiness framework, and program-level change operating model across the transformation.

This role acts as an embedded extension of the Corporate Affairs team, partnering with executives and transformation leaders. This remote role, with 0% travel, is a temporary (W2T) contractor engagement, reporting to senior

Qualifications

10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
Experience leading large-scale transformations, operating model changes, or restructurings.
Proven success working with executives and senior leadership teams.
Strong facilitation, executive coaching, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in complex, global organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead assessment of the change portfolio, including impacts, capacity, and risks.
Facilitate prioritization with senior leadership.
Develop and maintain the MGS People Change Strategy and roadmap.
Establish governance structures, decision rights, and operating rhythms.
Coach executives and leaders to navigate significant organizational change.
Define program readiness, adoption, and success measures.
Monitor risks and readiness; recommend interventions.
Lead knowledge transfer and long-term change capability development.
