• Ability to engage executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute change strategies.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with sponsors and team members to plan and execute change for programs.
• Engage with business and IT teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
• Assess change magnitude and tailor engagement levels to minimize disruption and drive adoption.
• Deliver change components: end-user engagement, readiness, communications, training, resistance management, and reinforcement.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback into Change and Program Management processes and tools.
• Partner with Field readiness and Enablement teams and BCM to support Net Dollar Retention program activities.
